Pickup

The address for pickup will be located in the notes section of the invoice you received when booking your order.

 Please adhere to your scheduled pickup time. Clients may be subject to a late fee of $15 if more than 15 MINUTES past the scheduled pickup time which must be paid before your order is released. Late pickup availability is NOT GUARENTEED and you may be asked to reschedule your pickup time if you are more than 15 minutes late. 

We are a home bakery so our pickup schedule is built around our family schedule.  We will try our best to work with each client to arrange a pickup time that works for you and ask that clients be respectful of our time as well.

Delivery is available! Delivery and set up fees are dependent on location of the venue and will be quoted at the time of your order inquiry.

If you are aware of any potentially hazardous conditions (bumpy and unpaved road, construction, steep driveways, icy conditions, etc) please notify us at the time of booking or within 24 hours of delivery so we can plan appropriately.  If we are enroute and meet with conditions that will inhibit safe delivery of your cake that have not been disclosed by the client and/or approved by us, the client will be required to meet at a separate location to take receipt of the order and continue transport at their own risk.

We recommend delivery within the last hour prior to your events start time.  For lengthier events such as weddings, if timelines permit, scheduling delivery during cocktail hours or to receptions halls during ceremonies, etc is also an option.

Once cakes have been delivered to a venue and in place, Aurora Cakes and Confections is no longer liable for any damages that may be incurred due to heat, wind, or physical damage at the hands of guests, clients, or staff of the venue or any other damages outside of our control.
